Front-End Developer Internship


Liquid Studio is reinventing the visualization concept. Could you imagine creating an immersive solution where you can dive? We are looking for a FE (Node.JS, React, or similar) developer for building web applications and create new “mindblowing” experiences for a period of 4-6 months full time. Your internship project consists of implementing web solutions aligning with our UX/UI designers. We want someone able to think outside of the box to come up with new ideas for an immersive experience for our users. You’ll have a lot of freedom and will be able to explore, use and grow your skills.

Your job
The Accenture Liquid Studio in Utrecht is a new and growing office which you can contribute to in many ways. You will be working in an innovative environment together with talented colleagues within your area of expertise. You will be implementing the front end domain of the website, including test cases. Besides this you will Integrate Front end with Back end and provide best development practices, creating a responsive portal. For fast responds to user’s requests you will be creating a portal. Lastly you will contribute to team decisions about system architecture and the selection of technical tools. You will communicate constructively with team members to cooperatively build a product suite that delights customers. For resolving technical challenges you will troubleshoot issues as they arise, resolve technical challenges, understand business concerns and contribute to brainstorming pragmatic options to address them.

Required skills: a solid foundation in software programming, web development experience (Node.JS, Angular.JS, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS3, JSON, JQuery, etc.), web testing experience and basic Git skillsYour team

Your background
  • Bachelor or Master student in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related studies
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Flexible attitude, ability to adapt to quickly changing circumstances and work priorities in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skill
