Your job

As a Compliance consultant in our fast-growing Finance & Risk (F&R) team, you will be responsible to solve complex challenges related to finance, risk and compliance on client-facing projects for top banking, insurance and asset management clients.
By applying your knowledge and proven experience on regulatory themes in the financial services industry (MIFID II, EMIR, Solvency II, Basel III, AML, Model Risk Management, GDPR, FRTB), you are ready to create compliance solutions for our clients that cover a people, process and technology perspective. Dependent on your experience, you will command a team and will manage the engagement and contribute to the client relationship.

Within the F&R community, you are able to provide insights and updates on regulations and new market development. Your in-depth compliance and regulatory knowledge helps our F&R team to establish both internally and externally a strong footprint.

Your backgroundYou have a proven track record of making a difference in your past engagements and enjoy working in teams and focus on adding value. Additionally, the ideal candidate has…
  • a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management, and/or Law. Further qualification in compliance is a definite plus;
  • a fluency in the Dutch language ;
  • around 3 years of compliance experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally combined with Project Management / consulting experience
  • proven knowledge and experiencce of relevant regulatory themes (e.g. MIFID II, EMIR, Solvency II, Basel III, AML, Model Risk Management, GDPR, FRTB);
  • experience with analyzing impact of increasing client and regulatory demands on finance, risk, strategy and operations;
