Are you a financial controller who enjoys overseeing a business's day-to-day financial operations and want to develop yourself as a business controller? We are looking for a Dutch speaking Controller who can take full control on our financial processes and is able to advice and collaborate with key stakeholders within Accenture.
As a Financial Business Controller you are responsible for analyzing, managing and reporting on the Dutch balance sheet and P&L Statement.
A numerous part of the (transaction) process-related activities is performed in several Global Business Service Centers around the world, for which the Controllership team is ultimate responsible for. This requires close collaboration in order to have full control over the process.
Support in the realization of the annual statutory financial statements and taxation is one of your key responsibilities. Next to this you will be participating or coordinating various (finance) topics like budget control, integration of acquired businesses and help your colleagues to learn and grow to be successful. You will be part of a team that reports and advice directly to the (Netherlands) Management Team.
Constantly looking for more efficiency in processes and translating recent legislation changes into operational processes and solutions and monitoring on this, is also one of your many tasks.
- Perform monthly financial closings and Balance sheet and Profit and Loss analysis.
- Coordinate and support in the statutory audits.
- Support in several internal and other external audits
- Responsible for compliance on operational tax matters (VAT, Wage Tax)
- Support in Corporate Income Tax filings in close collaboration with Global Tax
- Reviewing SOX controls
- Support post-merger integration of Controllership for several acquisitions
- Work in collaboration with other local/abroad finance teams and other stakeholders.
- Participate in ad-hoc (finance) topics

Within Corporate Functions you will be part of Controllership. The Controllership team consists currently of three controllers and is responsible for the full day-to-day financial operations of the Netherlands, in close collaboration with all the Global Business Service Centers around the globe.
- (Post) Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in finance controlling and statutory audit areas (NL GAAP, IFRS)
- VAT, CIT and SoX is a plus
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Team player, good communication skills & persuasiveness, proactive, strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Given the nature of the business, in which we deal with constantly changing processes and environment, a flexible attitude is a must
