Within the Products Gallia Sales team, the Strategic Transformation Business Developer will play an instrumental role in proactively originating and architecting new value creation and innovation opportunities to help our clients address their most important imperatives.
Working closely with an experienced sales lead, the client account teams, and the industry and consulting subject matter experts, the Strategic Transformation Business Developer will understand and translate C-level business issues and opportunities into end to end transformation propositions that leverage the full spectrum of Accenture capabilities to accelerate and de-risk the client priorities, generate significant P&L impact, and are underpinned by a broader partnership vision.

Your job

Your job will be to outline the challenges our clients are facing in the Products industries in which they operate (Retail, Consumer Goods, Mobility, Industrial, Travel & Hospitality and Life Sciences) and how Accenture can help address and solve these at speed and at scale.

Through a fact-based, data-driven approach, you will articulate where our clients can capture value across the industry value chain, and what are specifically the opportunities for them to accelerate, de-risk and fund their strategic transformation, architecting a transformational partnership vision with Accenture underpinned by a clear value proposition and business case.

You will also leverage your strong communication and storytelling skills and your experience in interacting at C-Level to sustain the discussions with the client executives, explaining the value of the approach and the business outcomes for the client and Accenture.

Building over time a solid understating of the full-spectrum of Accenture capabilities and solutions, and championing collaboration across functions, specialisms and geographies, you will work closely with the Accenture senior leadership and play a key role in the overall growth and development of our business.

Your background

6 – 10 years of experience with:
  • Strong Consulting or Strategy background
  • Knowledge of at least one of the Products industries (Retail, Consumer Goods, Mobility, Industrial, Travel & Hospitality and Life Sciences)
  • Value proposition & business case development
  • Commercial and deal shaping acumen
  • University Bachelor or Master Degree

Soft Skills:

  • Proven problem analysis and problem solving skills
  • Effective presentation skills – dynamic presenter with ability to convey business and technology value propositions.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills – able to present to CXOs
  • Able to explain complex concepts in non-technical language
