E-Commerce and Experience Consultant

The Work

As an E-Commerce and Experience Consultant you work in highly collaborative mode with the client and other teams in Accenture to capture and document business requirements, customer journey flows, and functional designs in areas of E-Commerce and/or Experience Management solutions.

• People You play a pivotal role in helping our customers to achieve success in their E-Commerce / Experience Management transformation. The key role you will play are (lead) Consultant, (proxy) Product Owner or Project Manager.

• Processes You act as an advisor and propose alternatives that provide more or similar business value to less costs. 

• Technology You will work with leading platform technologies in the E-Commerce, Content and Marketing domain such as Commerce tools, the Adobe Experience Platform solutions, Salesforce and SAP Commerce. With your platform expertise and commerce experience you will work on customer-centric, innovative and future-proof solutions to grow the value of the business.

• Data Data has a crucial role in your job. You make data-driven decisions. Combined with critical thinking, experience, and input from others you will bring resolutions for complex problems. You understand and know how to leverage the power of data while remaining conscious of data privacy and data security.

Here's what you'll need

• A Master’s Degree is required in field of Business/Marketing/Computer science; Regardless of the field, your study must have a relevant IT component.

• Excellent communication skills, structured, strong analytical and results-oriented mindset;

• A professional in the field of E-Commerce and/or Digital Marketing business with at least 3 years’ experience;

• Working as an E-Commerce and/or Digital Marketing Business / Project manager for an international company in the B2C, B2B or B2B2C domain or deep experience in advising people having this role;

• Familiar with the latest trends and developments in the E-Commerce domain. 

• Knowledge of the key platforms and technologies in the market.
