As a Digital Transformation Analyst, you will work with C-level executives, business owners and digital marketeers to translate the digital strategy into concrete actions. You will assess their digital maturity and work on their strategy to realize personalization goals, with the aim to increase the digital experience of their customers.
Shape the experience-led growth agenda – use human and market insights to frame future growth opportunities, and help clients to innovate new products, services and business models.
Define digital transformation journeys – Perform maturity assessments and develop strategic roadmaps to help clients establish and achieve their personalization goals.
Create experience capabilities – work with marketing, integration, and data technologies to design and implement new customer experience strategies and innovative solutions. Act as the voice of the customer to define innovative solutions
Ensure success of marketing technology implementations - focus on the client relationship, project delivery and overall program health

Tech savvy, analytical and have excellent problem-solving skills
Passionate about data driven decision making, eager to learn, creative thinker, analytical, entrepreneurial mindset
Affinity with marketing tools, such as marketing automation, email tooling or web analytics
Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and with the ability to interact with different levels of end users and technical resources
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team with strong sense of ownership
Proficiency in English and Dutch
Master’s degree - Business Administration/Marketing with analytical side activities or Beta studies with business side activities
