We are looking for an Intelligent Asset Management Practitioner for our Digital Manufacturing & Operations practice. You will work at a European level and work cross various industries, bringing in functional expertise in Maintenance and Reliability with a track record in both business development and consulting service delivery. You will help our clients transform their operational performance by using new leading edge Iot, edge, mobile applications, cloud platforms, and advanced predictive analytics technologies to modernize their Maintenance and Reliability functions in order to better optimize assets. You will work with clients and the account teams to take Intelligent Asset Management offering campaigns to market and deliver value-based outcomes at clients.

Develop strategies and tactics that help clients improve the overall performance of their assets and equipment
Provide functional expertise within maintenance and reliability domains, comfortable with Asset Management value levers, knowledge of clients’ core operations
Technical expertise of the platforms and solutions that underpin Maintenance and Reliability functions.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of cross-industry related experiences (Chemicals, Oil/ Gas, Consumer Goods, Industrials, Pharma, Utilities, Automotive, A&D)
15+ years of M&R consulting experience
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Institute of Asset Management (IAM) (or similar qualification) required
Thorough knowledge of CFR Part 192 & 195, ASME, API, NACE, ISO 33000, OSHA, NBIC, and NEC codes and standards.
Knowledge of TPM/Maintenance Excellence programs including SMRP 5 Bodies of Knowledge – Business and Management, Manufacturing Process Reliability, Equipment Reliability, People Skills, Work Management.
Solid understanding of one or more following maintenance business processes Shutdown/Turnaround (STO/TAR), Work Planning and Scheduling, Material Management, RCA, and or FMEA
Working knowledge of common maintenance and reliability tools such as Infor, SAP PM, Oracle eAM, IBM Maximo, Ivara, NRX, Reliasoft, Meridium, etc.
Experience driving large scale improvement programs within a maintenance organization
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
