Consultant Industrial & Mobility

Then the position of Consultant for our Products clients is what you are looking for!

As Consultant, you will be part of the Products Industry team within Strategy & Consulting. This team supports companies in the following industries:  

• Retail industry, including grocery, fashion and beauty, DIY, and non-food  
• Consumer goods industry, including food & beverage and home & personal care 
• Industrial industry, including manufacturing, industrial equipment, engineering, and construction)  
• Mobility, including automotive and public transport 
• Travel industry, including airline, travel services, and hospitality  

We are industry experts and have the insights and capabilities to transform leading organizations and help them navigate in the ever-changing landscape they operate in. 

You will work on a broad range of topics, such as digital strategies, business transformations, and innovative operating models. You will lead with insights to co-create technology-enabled, disruptive strategies and solutions that unlock value and drive growth for clients. You have the ambition to continuously develop your industry knowledge, your advisory and commercial skills, and are expected and challenged to do so. As a consultant, you will also have an active role in developing thought leadership and creating point of views within the different industries and contribute to our practice by organizing and participating in community events. 

PEOPLE

You will work with business executives, industrial & mobility experts and advise them on how to be ready for the future. 

You are the linking pin between the Client and the Accenture team(s). Based on your experience, you can take the delivery lead role and be responsible for the project management in our projects. 

PROCESSES

You can work on several projects ranging from; setting up strategies, detailing out a deployment plan for these strategies, improve processes and programs so that our client can work more effectively and efficiently.

TECHNOLOGY

Oversee the increasing technology we use within industry & mobility and to improve process efficiency. You can work with several technologies and implement these at our clients.

DATA

 At Accenture we have a data driven mindset and we can assess data quickly and create the right insights for our clients.  You come up with concepts and implementation of data, analytics and solutions to address the challenges faced by our customers.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

• University Master’s degree with strong results
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferred experience in consulting
• If no consulting experience than relevant experience working in the industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Dutch & English)
• Dutch language is required.
• Relevant background in work experience or study

• Good core consulting skills or when early career a desire to build these
• Pro-active and ambitious to open up new areas of work and deliver client value
• All-round interest and possibly some experience within the Industrial & Mobility industry
