Accenture is seeking a Complex Deal - Sales Manager for the Netherlands to contribute to profitable sales growth. As a Deal Shaper you will drive the sales process for big and complex deals for major High Tech, Media and Telecommunications companies. Your job

As a Complex Deal - Sales Manager, who is part of larger sales teams and an extended sales community, you are in charge of deal origination, development & closure activities, including proposal storyline, commercials, deal shape and negotiations. You will also participate in client conversations, mainly procurement or business stakeholders.

You should be able to create highly compelling proposals to clients through exquisite storytelling skills. You'll develop and own the close plan, including planning, deal qualification and strategy, stakeholder mapping, competitive pricing etc.

You collaborate with supporting roles like the deal pricing team, research teams, the solution architect, legal, treasury, etc.

Apart from that, you are working together with the client account lead and opportunity lead to competently close the deal. You'll also be guiding the deal through the internal commercial and quality assurance stage gates.

Your background

  • Ability to place oneself in customer ‘s position, to understand and “feel” customer’s problems and needs, what needs to happen to get to a solution that meets client’s needs

  • Demonstrated experience in working with financial numbers – e.g. development of business case

  • Prior experience in shaping solutions for complex client issues / requests

  • Fluency in English and Dutch required – Both spoken and written.

  • 6 years of proven commercial experience within a Communications, Media and Technology environment,

  • Completed Master degree
