Your job

We are currently looking for a Senior Manager Commercial Growth Analytics to help clients turn data into actionable insights that drive tangible outcomes, improve performance and help clients lead the market. You will focus on realizing results together with our leading clients on 3 key market themes:

  • Pricing & Long-term Profit Optimization - Focused on pricing strategy definition and shaping pricing transformation programs to help C-level realize EBITDA uptake

  • Seamless Customer Experience - Focused on customer experience strategy and -transformation, leveraging most innovative digital technologies of today i

  • Sales & Commercial Excellence - Focused on commercial excellence strategy definition, sales and touchpoint transformation

As Senior Manager Growth Analytics you will advise client executives in defining their strategy and targets, assess and analyze alternatives and shape executable action plans. Illustrative examples of activities include:

  • Co-create with clients to shape and sell project work; shape value case to define impact of new strategy to drive transformations

  • Shape the Commercial strategy and operating model with our clients, defining how to set them up as data driven enterprise.

  • Deliver innovative data & analytics use cases for to help position clients at the top of the market.

  • Support our clients with questions on pricing and analytics to derive value from data-insights and drive sustainable (analytics) transformations at the client organization.

  • Assess commercial capabilities & propose improvements

Your team

Your background

  • A Bachelor and Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, economics, econometrics, Computer Science, engineering)

  • 5+ years using AI and data science to achieve business goals in large institutions and organizations.

  • 7+ years working in a consulting capacity, or project management type roles helping clients make their companies work better. Experience must include significant business, practice, and people development. Experience in a sales capacity is a plus.

  • Fluent English (preferable also in Dutch)

  • Experience with commercial excellence transformation

  • Entrepreneurial mindset
