Leave your digital mark on the world by designing commerce experiences that the client and their customers love.Your jobAs a Commerce Experience consultant, you will partner up with client stakeholders to assist them and/or lead the way in creating the best commerce experiences. You’ll do this with thought leadership on user-centered design and innovation as well as by driving the team that designs the solutions. You and your team are responsible for e.g. gathering business requirements, creating wireframes and visual designs; and doing user research. All based on an in-depth understanding of what the desired commerce customer journey looks like.You will be part of an Accenture team together with platform experts, technical architects and delivery leads - where you play a key role as advocate for the end-user.Your teamAt Accenture Digital, we consider ourselves as the most effective 'digital enablers' around. Your background
  • You have a completed Master’s degree in a field related to Design, Digital business or Innovation.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Commerce, Digital and Design.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication), Dutch speaking is a strong pre.
  • Proven record in B2C and/or B2B commerce implementations and platforms.
  • Knowledgeable in Design thinking and Agile ways of working.
  • Experience in leading (international) teams with combined skills in functional/business analysis, service and UX/UI design.
  • Experience with implementing user-centered innovation ways of working is a plus.
