EMPLOYEE WORK PRODUCTIVITY BECOMING "SMART"
Although investing in the digital workplace is always known as the cost-driver for companies, many studies have shown this to improve employees’ work productivity. However today, we have no standard metrics to quantify this benefit. Can we make employees’ work productivity SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bound)? And if so, how?
BUILDING THE WORKPLACE OF THE FUTURE
Does the workplace of the future need the Cloud? How is digital and artificial intelligence changing today’s workplace? What effects does Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) implementation have on work engagement and work exhaustion? Today’s enterprises struggle to balance BYOD risks and rewards and in the meantime, cloud-enabled workplace is becoming increasingly popular. You will research the security implications of a BYOD and other risks this could have for companies adopting this model and develop strategies to mitigate them. Moreover, you will define what the future of cloud-enabled workplace looks like while investigating the options available in the market.
