What to expect

  • Whether on a full-time or part-time basis – you advise our customers on Cloud and modern infrastructure strategies and shape their end-to-end transformation
  • For preparing the IT organisation and the business for their cloud journey, you manage projects to shape their strategy and develop the value case to support the strategic narrative
  • As a trusted advisor, you accompany our clients on their journey to cloud by designing their transformation roadmap and taking ownership of managing the transformation with your team(s) as well as the client stakeholders             
  • To identify new strategic opportunities and/or prepare the organisation for their cloud migration you conduct you conduct a holistic due diligence of the full infrastructure perimeter and service operating model
  • Shaping the future organisation you develop new IT operating models of global enterprises and industry heavy weights

To successfully navigate your cloud strategy and transformation projects you put high value on trustfully managing and developing your team(s) and being a mentor to more junior colleagues

Your Profile

  • We are looking for generalists who can look beyond pure technology and have a broader view on infrastructure and IT
  • You can speak the business and the IT/ technical language and connect stakeholders whenever necessary in a meaningful way
  • You understand and digest complexity, yet you are able translate complex situations in a compelling form to the C-level to drive decision-making
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about IT operating models, business case creation, cloud strategy, complex/ large IT project management.
  • Not necessarily deep in a particular technology but keen to understand everything end-to-end with business acumen, people, technology, organization etc.

You like to stay educated on new and emerging market offerings that may be of interest to our clients

  • University degree - Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Long-standing traditional or agile project management experience serving as a team lead, technical lead and/or delivery lead
  • Established infrastructure and application discovery, design, build, and/ or migration experience
  • Extensive experience & knowledge of Service Management Transformation, Cloud Operating Model, the most relevant Cloud computing services (server, storage, cloud management platforms, DevOps technologies, containers, etc.)
  • Team player with analytical strength, high attention to quality, customer orientation and strong decision-making, communication, and language skills in English
  • Project-based travel will be required
