IMPACT OF DEVOPS ON ITIL Does DevOps and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) complement each other or Is ITIL agile? Would you like to find out the benefits of bringing DevOps to ITIL? As more and more DevOps initiatives are being embraced, you will develop expertise in identifying the impacts of DevOps on ITIL and coach the advocates of ITIL on the additional responsibilities that they would have to manage.

As new technologies and tools appear rapidly, and the demands of organizations change swiftly, the fast pace of innovation becomes important, making it difficult for companies to select an appropriate service management tool. You will design an evaluation framework to help these companies choose the best service management tool available in the market that is suitable for their business.
