Your Job

We invite you to join / apply for the Talent Development Operations entity, within Accenture and be exclusively dedicated to support our clients on change management, training and coaching projects.

More especially, you will implement change management actions – such as stakeholder impact analysis, communications, training, change community management, post-training support, etc.

You will propose adapted solutions to our clients by using tools and methods from our excellence centers.

According to your missions, your assignments will be:

  • Lead impact analysis workshops

  • Analyze and formalize the training needs for tools (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and / or business (project management, purchasing, accounting, management control, etc.)

  • Lead co-creation workshops with the client or business / solution experts

  • Implement change management actions regarding Communication, Training, User support, etc.

  • Design and deliver training: training materials, tutorials, e-learning, classroom training etc.

  • Design communication media: newsletters, posters, flyers, etc.

  • Measure end-user engagement and adoption

Your team

Embedded in our services-based Operations group are colleagues with a real can-do attitude. Your sole drive is meeting the requests of clients in creating a pragmatic approach to recent innovative IT developments – enhancing future agile performance and efficiency. Orchestrating the logistics behind end-to-end processes such as same day free global ecommerce client delivery? Which platform and IT system would be most effective? By working closely together with an international team of professional, specialized in improving client efficiency, you will find new solutions achieving peak operational performance.

Your background

The Change management and training consultant fits for you if:

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree

  • You have multiple years of Change Management and/or training experience

  • You have a very good analytical and synthesis skills and a very good level of oral and written communication

  • You have great abilities and a real desire to learn

  • You are creative and have a deep interest to design training contents, create communication materials and you already trained people or provided user support

  • You have experience in taking the lead on change management projects
