Your Job

You will become part of the CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO & EV) team, focused on Finance, Risk and Compliance (FRC). You will help leading financial services firms (banks, insurers, and capital markets) anticipate and prepare for regulatory and technology trends, design innovative operating models and improve their ability to create valuable insights from data. As a (Junior) Analyst or Consultant you will support the team to help financial services institutions to manage their risks efficiently, mitigate compliance gaps and build the CFO organization of the future.
The CFO & EV team is a global group of experts focused on finance, risk and compliance, providing strategy and consulting services to CFO’s/ CRO’s/ Compliance Directors of all kinds of organizations. 

We can offer you opportunities to grow- and develop your skills in the finance, risk and/ or compliance domain consulting- and leadership skills, through practical experience in an international environment and through training. Through your projects you will gain in depth insights in many leading financial services organizations within a short period of time. You will have the knowledge and expertise of the global Accenture network at your disposal to support you.

Your background

  • Master’s Degree with affinity with Finance, Risk and/ or Compliance (e.g. Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law)

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience 

  • Affinity with innovation and technology  

  • Fluent Dutch and English

  • Go-getter with a hands-on attitude

  • Team player

  • Strong communication skills
