So, are you ready to take on this challenge and help our customers transition in the NEW?Your JobAs a Business Transformation Manager focusing on Collaboration & Productivity in the Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG), you will play a key role in enabling clients to collaborate more productive and secure. This involves the analysis of current and potential bottlenecks in both internal and external collaboration, mapping on how the Microsoft Modern Workplace platform can help overcome these, and to develop a strategy -together with the client- to implement this at scale.Being part of the Microsoft Advisory team in Accenture, you develop the solution vision and make it industry or client specific. You co-create the roadmap and approach with the customer and possibly our partners Microsoft and Avanade, or with other disciplines such as Technology strategy, our Talent & Organization team etc. You act as a trusted advisor to the client, mastering both organizational strategy as well as the application of the latest Microsoft technologies. We established AMBG to extend our partnership and to bring a new level of investment and collaboration across the companies. This is a truly unique partnerships between Accenture, as the number 1 partner of Microsoft, Avanade, with our technical skills and Microsoft itself. Your Background
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in (one of) business administration, psychology, and/or organizational change
  • Bonus points if you also have a business information degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in working with Microsoft’s Modern Workplace platform; from a technology and/or adoption perspective
  • Obtained at least Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • Bonus points if you also have experience in Microsoft’s Power Platform including the Power Platform certification
  • Obtained one/combination of Microsoft certifications: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 fundamentals.
  • Minimum of 5 years of client facing consulting experience, ideally supporting large scale transformation programs. Proven capabilities in:
  • Great communication skills; ability to tailor your message and language to audience
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to translate complex business requirements in a solid advice to the customer
  • Ability to work in dynamic, cross functional teams within Accenture and its ecosystem
  • Experience in Design Thinking Methodologies
