Your job

Our clients are actively transforming and pivoting to a new way of working where digitalization, robotics and artificial intelligence are becoming the norm. Organizational agility is becoming more and more important in the digital age. As a Business Transformation & Change Senior Manager, you will be expected to lead large platform driven business transformations as an innovative Change Management Program for their digital transformation.

Your background

  • Completed University Master’s degree;

  • Proven experience in Organization Change; e.g. in guiding transformations and changes for organizations, designing & implementing large scale communication & training programs and benefit realization approaches;

  • 8-12 years of work experience as transformation and change program manager in the industry and / or consultancy;

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; (must)

  • Experience with the implementation of technology platforms (e.g. ERP, CRM, HCM, etc.).

  • Experience in leading (large project) teams

  • Track record as a human centered -, insight driven- and iterative problem-solver.

  • You are a hard worker and able to work independently

  • You are a team player with a “can-do” mentality who can think outside the box
