Diversity makes us
Inclusion & Diversity
What we believe
Inclusion and diversity are key drivers of innovation and critical components of being successful as a company and for our clients and workforce - now and in the future. We believe that people can only be innovative if a company has an unwavering commitment to diversity, to have a full sense of belonging with the organization. A diverse set of experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds is crucial to the development of new ideas.
We care about inclusion and diversity, and we are committed to making everyone feel at home - regardless of personality, cultural background, gender, age, physical appearance, socio-economic background, sexual orientation, marital status, talents, study background, professional experience - and any other characteristics that define who we are.
Recognizing diversity and nurturing the strengths that come along - are part of our core values. Our goal is to create a workplace environment where everyone feels like they belong, and experiences equal opportunities.

Getting to equal 2020
Companies aren't getting to equal as fast as their leaders think they are. That's what their employees told us in our latest research, Getting to Equal 2020.
What leaders should do
To create the kind of inclusive workplace culture they say they want, leaders must do three things:
- Truly believe that culture matters—and prioritize it.
- Go beyond the data and talk to real employees.
- Encourage and cultivate advocates within their companies.
We surveyed a total 30,000 professionals and more than 1,700 senior executives in 28 countries and looked for areas where leader and employee perception diverged.
