You are done with your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. So, now what? To give you the opportunity to launch a promising career in technology, we have created the exclusive Young Talent Tech Program. It offers you an easy-to-follow introduction into the world of technology, with IT masterclasses during our Technology Core Analyst School.
The focus is really on both personal development and gaining the Tech- knowledge you will need in your job. You will also learn everything there is to know about Accenture and Accenture Technology.
You will receive a general introduction to Accenture and Accenture Technology specific in week 1.
Training & Courses
You will be attending our special Technology Core Analyst School, where you learn all the basics of becoming a Technology Consultant like presentation skills, communication training, and design thinking workshops.
Work at clients
You will start within your first real project, where you will be coached along the way and receive additional training to get you up to speed in no time!
Students or recently graduated young women looking to kick-start their career in technology at Accenture. Additionally, you will boost your network and get to know our company.
- (recently) Graduated Bachelor or Master students
- Less than 3 years of working experience
- Fluent in Dutch
- IT background is a plus
When & Where
The application for the Young Talent Tech program is OPEN NOW! The start date of the program will be on the 1st of March, 2020 at our Amsterdam office: Gustav Mahlerplein 90, 1082MA.

The application deadline is the 1st of January, 2020. A selection day will take place on the 9th of January, 2020 and 16th of January, 2020.
